Returns & exchanges

 

We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply follow these steps for a refund or store credit. Returned items must be received within 30 days for a return. 

Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

• Go to https://shopify.com/94190666008/account and enter your order information to begin the return or exchange process
• Domestic orders only will be provided you with a pre-paid label which we will deduct from your original payment method a $7 postage charge. Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. (Please note we are unable to provide return shipping labels for international orders).
• Once you have completed the return steps online, simply drop off your sealed package to your nearest USPS
• As a reminder, Ehsan Look is not responsible for shipping fees, customs or lost returns.
